MPA Poultry Health Seminar

The MPA Poultry Health Seminar will be held on February 25, 2026, at the Woodall Center on the Pearl River Community College campus in Hattiesburg, MS. This one-day seminar covers a variety of broiler production issues including health, regulatory, management, welfare, and diagnostics. Health topics will include vaccination management, disease diagnostics, and processing regulations. We will discuss management, control, prevention, and biosecurity of various poultry diseases of current interest such as avian influenza, avian metapneumovirus, Salmonella, and Enterococcus. We will also cover management topics related to infertility and hatchability.
